Hello, so I just bought viper v3 pro 2 weaks ago already did instalation software snypase from clean instalation, and even at 1000 poling rate at 400 dpis/800dpis, and sometimes it stops the tracking while playing it stops and it feells laggy, the most expensive mouse I bought and the most disapointing .. I have everything from razer, now im using my old deathadder v3 wired with no problems, and after 2 weaks I just put viper in the box..

Hi there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
