Viper V3 Pro Battery Issue

Dear Razer Support,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my Viper V3 Pro mouse. I’ve noticed that the battery seems to be stuck at 89%, and it doesn't seem to charge beyond that point.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your help in advance.
