I just bought the viper v3 pro and it will not detect in the Synapse! I have tried using different USB ports, using the wireless connection thing, reinstalling drivers, reinstalling synapse. Nothing works!
The mouse is also labelled as ‘HID Compliant mouse’ in device manager.
Please help!
