Viper V3 Pro Charging Issues
I’ve been charging my viper v3 pro for 12 hours since last night, but the power never went up. It went from 18% to 5% as i kept it connected to my desktop through the usb-c cable. Why is that happening?.

Hi there,
Does it light up when charging? By the way, please try updating its firmware. If that didn’t work then you can send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for some other workarounds.
