I just bought my new viper v3 pro, unbox it and plug it to my laptop, My viper v3 pro doesnt work with wire or dongle, i unable to move it or click, the led is light for both mouse and dongle but its not work. My laptop cant find it when i plug it, but with my old mouse its work, i cant update firmware because it doesnt detected

Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
