Viper v3 pro connecting problem

I have to reconnect the hyperpolling dongle that connect my viper v3 pro to my pc everytime I turn on my pc.

Is there a more effective way or is there a setting I gotta change? Everytime I turn my pc on my v3 pro cursor wouldn’t move unless I reconnect my dongle. Please help.

At first I’d try updating chipset drivers and if it’ll not help - BIOS for the motherboard.
