I am unable to rebind any buttons on my mouse. I am using the 1.14.0.0 firmware version. It does not work at all. I have reinstalled the software, factory reset the mouse, closed it, reopened, removed the dongl, used the dongle, etc. nothing works AT ALL. I need this fixed.
