I just bought this Razer Viper V3 pro today. It worked well with cable but didn’t work with cable. I tried everything from community and forum but still doesn’t work. I tried Pairing utility but it only work with cable, dongle didn’t active. I have only 1 usb c cable so i can’t connect both of them to update new firmware.

I’ve responded to your message. I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro isn't pairing with its dongle. Just to verify, are you using the HyperPolling dongle that comes with it? Have you tried testing the device on another PC? Are you using a USB hub? Please make sure to update your device firmware here.
