I tried pairing with my V2 pro and it pairs and works perfectly and can see 8000hz on V2 but I am unable to pair it with Viper v3 pro.

The Razer Viper V3 Pro does not work with the Razer HyperSpeed dongle and it only pairs with the HyperPolling dongle that comes with it. Feel free to send me a message via PM if you need further assistance.
