Viper V3 pro dongle replacement.

Hello Razer Assistance, i recently bought a Razer Viper V3 pro from a private vendor (used) and it came without a wireless dongle. The serial number is [removed by moderator] . Would it be possible to file a request for a new dedicated dongle?

Please be informed that the Razer Viper V3 Pro, Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro (Smooth-Touch Edition), and Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition use a dedicated HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. Therefore, it does not work with the generic Hyperpolling dongle. 

Since the Razer Viper V3 Pro was purchased from a private seller and did not come with the wireless dongle, I recommend that you contact the reseller or seller from whom you purchased the device and inquire about the missing dongle, as it should have been included with the mouse at the time of sale.
