viper V3 pro Esports edition stutter

Dear Razer,My Viper V3 Pro Esports Edition stutters out of nowhere. I have tried everything to fix the problem. I have removed all software regarding the mouse as well as my Razer keyboard. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Synapse app. I have already used other USB ports to resolve this. In Windows, I adjusted the power to top performance. I also reinstalled the Gigabyte software. 
I wanted to ask if there are other ways to resolve this? Is there a way to clear the cache? Or are there other possible solutions to fix this?I have been using your products for quite some time and am still very pleased with them; I wouldn't want anything else. I hope you can help me with this, or perhaps provide a diverse update to resolve this.Kind regards,

    I understand that you’re experiencing sudden stuttering with your Viper V3 Pro Esports Edition, and I appreciate the detailed steps you’ve already taken to try resolving the issue. To help narrow down the cause, could you please confirm if the issue also occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background?  You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link. This will help us determine whether the problem is software‑related or coming from another source.

    Also, please provide your proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
