Hello, i’m having some issue with my brand new Razer Viper V3 PRO.

 

Issue: Disconnects/Stops working A LOT, OFTEN. 

 

*Updated firmware doesn't fix it.

 

Mouse is ~3 days old or so.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your Pc’s motherboard. You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a PM along with your Razer Viper V3 Pro’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
