I have updated the dongle and mouse with the latest (v1.11.01.r1) driver.
 

Bought this mouse yesterday. Every 10-15 minutes it seems to lose connection/disconnect for around 2 seconds. No mouse movement or clicks is registered during that time. There’s no windows disconnect sound when this happens so I would assume this is an issue with the mouse losing connection to the dongle. Incredibly frustrating and game breaking issue when playing.
Another note to this. Before i reset my synapse settings this disconnect also changed my DPI setting to another DPI stage.

Is this a common issue with a fix or just an unlucky defect on my product?
