Viper v3 pro not able to connet to the synapse

I have the new viper v3 pro and when it’s connected to my computer it does show up in synapse but when I click into it, it does not show anything but detecting device. It is connected through wire and to the usb port in the motherboard. Is there anyone know how to fix this?

Synapse 3? If yes, I’d recommend to try Synapse 4: https://www.razer.com/synapse-4

I have it on Synapse 4 as well and it doesn’t detect

No, Synapse 4. It’s been “detecting” for an hour now...

Tried clean Synapse reinstall? It helped me in most cases when device was not detected:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

I have the same problem myself. Brand new mouse and brand new PC. I have submitted a request to Razer support and am currently awaiting a response.

Same here, Viper V3 Pro with freshly installed Synapse 4 forever stuck with “detecting”.  Razer is doing a fine job making me annoyed with their product. Just switched over from Pulsar, beginning to wonder if that was a mistake.

I have these same issues and did what you suggested and even manually downloaded the firmware of the product and it still doesn't get detected

Are you using Synapse 4? For my case I was using Synapse 4, I uninstalled it and installed Synapse 3. Been working since then. Hope this helps!
