i literally just brought this mouse a couple hours ago, plugged it in setup the software and started to game to test features. it was at 100% power when starting but after about 45 mins it started blinking red to symbol low power. so i plugged it into charge after about 30mins it was still on 1% and nothing more it’s been a couple hours now and nothing i’ve looked through threads and can’t seem to find a fix it will not charge past 1% and it’s literally just came out of the box and i was so excited to try it out now im extremely disappointed

Is there any noticeable damage to the USB cable? To address the issue, please ensure that the Razer Viper V3 Pro firmware is updated and that the original cable is fully seated in the mouse.
