Hey I've been having trouble with my viper v3 pro charging I've tried multiple different chargers including the one provided and I've updated the mouse to the newest update and it wouldnt go above 6% and it's been charging for the last 2 days do you have any other options I could try. I've had it for about 6 months

I also had charging problems with my Razer Viper Pro V3, even after a warranty exchange. My mouse recognized the charging input in Synape and the indicator light flashed, but instead of the battery level increasing, it actually decreased. The mouse only charged when I went into the BIOS to charge it (I tried everything from changing the physical port to reinstalling the firmware and Synape, even reinstalling Windows, but it was still the same).

If you continue to experience the issue, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue you're currently experiencing. Can you test it on another computer to see if it behaves the same way?
