Viper V3 Pro not sending signal when using dongle

Hello, 
I’ve just bought a new razer V3 pro from about 10 days. the issue is that the mouse randomly stops moving the cursor. when I check in Synapse it shows it as connected and has plenty of battery. also the dongle color shows that it is connected however the cursor is not moving. it only works when I disconnect the dongle and then reconnect it again.
 

anyone knows how to fix this?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
