Viper V3 Pro not working

I bought this mouse about less than 2 months ago and I was enjoying the time using it. Until one day I came to my pc and noticed that my cursor wasnt moving. I checked my dongle and it wasnt lit up, so I restarted my pc but that did not fix it. So I then shut it down and waited an hour or 2 for it to rest. I booted my pc up and left for a bit. Then I came back and saw that the dongle was lit and it was working again.

 

2nd time this happened was a day ago when I woke up and saw that the dongle was not on again and I couldn’t move my cursor. I did all the trouble shooting I could while keeping some in fear of making the situation worse.

 

When I connect the USB-C to the dongle it connects to the PC but is not recognized by the Synapse app and therefore Is not working. 
When I connect the USB-C directly into the mouse the PC does not make a sound, that indicates it’s connected.

 

So I am here waiting and searching for help.

A hasty and helpful response would be much appreciated.

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
