Hi, I recently brough a razer viper v3 pro. I’ve got the razer synapse 4 software and the razer mouse pairing software as well. I’ve been trying to connect the mouse using the software but it wont work. The dongle is found on synapse but not on the mouse pairing software. Ive downloaded and updated all the firmware for mouse and dongle. Is this just a dodgy dongle?

+1You've probably bought wrong dongle. I don't think that original Viper v3 pro dongle appear in Synapse software.
What is the part number (p/n) on the dongle? Probably you have “universal” Hyperpolling dongle which bow work with Viper V3 Pro.
