I just bought a Viper V3 Pro. After unboxing theres no respond on the scroll wheel.

    Try to update your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
