When im playing a the sensor will just drop off and suddenly come back and my player will be looking into the sky or straight down at the ground… its happening every single time i play… Ive tried cleaning it.. Updated a firmware, and have tried re installing synapse.. I have it on medium LOD because low its even worse.. high shouldn never be used anyway.. FIX?

Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the sensor issue you're currently experiencing.
