Viper V3 Pro Sensor Issue

I have recently been running into the Viper V3 Pro Sensor Issue that is mentioned many times throughout different threads on here already. 

I have tried all sorts of things as well as all possible fixes that have been listed by moderators on other threads and my issue persists

I would like to know if this case would be covered by warranty if no fix can be found.
