Viper V3 Pro stuck at 0% and won't charge

I had just gotten the mouse yesterday, and it hadn’t been able to charge at all. It’s plugged directly to the PC using the original cable from the box, updated the firmware, and used it without Synapse. I’ve tried about all the solutions I’ve seen and none of them have worked.

I understand that your Razer Viper V3 Pro battery is no longer charging. To isolate the problem, please try to turn off the mouse and provide ample time to charge by plugging it into the charger or USB cable and letting it charge for 30 minutes. Also, test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists. If the same problem persists, please PM me with your headset serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. I’d appreciate it if your could help me gather the following information:

  • Was this working fine before?
  • When did the issue start occurring?
  • Were there any changes made to your system/device before the issue?
  • Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse before the issue?
  • Any noticeable physical damage from the mouse?
  • Does your mouse still turn on?
  • If you attempt to charge your mouse, does it show that it’s charging, or is the % stuck?
  • Any noticeable damage from the USB cable or dock?
  • How long does the battery last if you go wireless?
