I am having a problem with my Viper v3 pro.
I'm having this issue when I lift my mouse and then when it lands back on my mousepad, it takes a little bit of movement before the sensor will register again.
I've updated everything so far.

I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're having with your Razer Viper V3 Pro cursor not working when lifted up and placed down. To fix this, please update the mouse firmware here.
