Viper V3 Pro tracking issue on glass mousepad

I recently changed my mouse pad to a glass mousepad (Wallhack SP 004) - All my other mice operate perfectly on this pad, but my viper v3 pro is constantly stuttering and its almost like the sensor isn't picking up the pad. I have updated my firmware and tried a factory reset, but no luck so far. Does anyone have a solution?

    Did you ever figure this out? I’m seeing the Viper V3 Pro has issues with its sensor and some glasspads… would be nice if someone from Razer responded to this.
