So I just received my viper v3 pro sentinels edition mouse (bought refurbished from Amazon) I received a normal hyperpolling dongle and not the included viper v3 dongle. I just need a way to purchase the correct dongle as Amazon has directed me here.

So I just received my viper v3 pro sentinels edition mouse (bought refurbished from Amazon) I received a normal hyperpolling dongle and not the included viper v3 dongle. I just need a way to purchase the correct dongle as Amazon has directed me here.
Amazon should have assisted you with this, as they are the ones who sold you the product. You should still be within their return period if this is a new purchase. Also, the Razer Viper V3 Pro should come with the Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle, so it seems like you have the correct dongle, unless it looks different from its online user guide: Razer Viper V3 Pro Master Guide. Refer to the image below:
