Upon checking, the Razer Viper V3 Pro model uses the dedicated Hyperpolling dongle. Therefore, it does not work with the generic Hyperpolling dongle that we are selling. Also, we are unable to request a replacement because lost items are not covered under the warranty. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please feel free to reach out.
