Seen this issue posted many times with no actual fix.
Have tried:
- Uninstalling synapse and reinstalling it;
- Updating the firmware of the dongle and the mouse;
- Closing Synapse when plugged in to charge;
USB is not plugged into a port, it is directly plugged into my PC. The charging indicator lights up on the mouse itself and in synapse but it’s stuck at 50%. The fact that this is still an issue is insane its a $200+ mouse?!
