I only just got this mouse and it charges slowly 3% every 10 minutes and whenever I hold the power/dpi button to turn it off I cant, I’m not sure if you just can’t turn it off if you’re charging it but if you can’t that’s fine I guess but i still don’t understand why it’s charging so slow.

I’m here to help! Charging at around 3% every 10 minutes does seem slower than usual. Let’s try a few checks to help isolate the issue: Plug the charging cable directly into your PC and avoid USB hubs or extension adapters if possible.
If you’re already using a PC, test other USB ports (preferably on the back of a desktop, or different ports on a laptop) to see if the charging speed improves.
If you have a compatible cable available, try using it to confirm whether the issue might be with the original cable.
Open Razer Synapse and confirm that the mouse is detected and that it shows as charging when connected.
Try charging your mouse on the another computer to see if the same issue persists.
