Viper v4 pro not charging.

I've had this mouse for about 4 months now and it will not charge... anyone else have this issue? I've tried just about everything to try and fix it.

    Try one that only does 5v 2amp. Think laptop or older brick and slowly charge it.

     

    The problem is once a battery gets below a certain level newer chargers will not see the battery and start charging. You need to get the voltage up to a point where it can be seen by the charger.

    I've tried multiple bricks different cords as well as multiple resets. Its stuck at 70%

    Hey ​@krizzle187,

    What color is the LED battery indicator on your mouse when it’s stuck at 70%? Have you updated the firmware by downloading from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue you're currently experiencing.
