I'm following up on the Viper V4 Pro phantom movement thread, which was locked to move the conversation to PMs. I can't start a private message from my account my inbox has no option to compose one so I'd appreciate it if you could message me first.
What I've already done, as you suggested:
- Updated the mouse and dongle to the latest firmware
- Re-paired them with the pairing utility
The issue is still happening: with the mouse completely still on the desk, it randomly reports movement, which makes the YouTube/Netflix player controls reappear over fullscreen video and keeps the system from going idle.
I have the serial number and proof of purchase ready to send you privately whenever you open the conversation. Thanks!
