Viperv3 Pro wont work wireless

Randomly mid game the mouse disconnects.  I play the game via wired and then take a step away for about an hour.   Upon arriving back at my computer its still showing a 0% charge and wont work via wireless. Ive tried to reset it to factory settings, restart my pc and even uninstall/reinstall synapse.

I understand you’re having trouble with your Razer Viper V3 Pro. Since it disconnects mid‑game and then stays at 0% or won’t work wirelessly. Allow me to ask a few questions so we can properly check the issue.
- Was your mouse working fine before and when did the issue started?
- When the mouse is plugged in via cable, does it work normally the whole time, or does it also disconnect?
- After leaving it plugged in for 30–60 minutes, does Synapse still show 0% battery, or does the charge level change at all?
- Have you tried using the mouse wirelessly on a different PC or USB port, and if so, does the same problem occur?

Please try the following steps below to isolate the problem:

1. Check if the mouse works consistently in wired mode using a different USB port (direct to PC, no hub) and, if possible, another USB‑C cable.

2. Keep it plugged in for 30–60 minutes and see if the battery percentage in Synapse stays at 0% or starts increasing.

3. Make sure USB dongle or cable is connected directly to the computer’s USB port and not the hub.
4. If you can, test the mouse wirelessly on another PC (with and without Synapse).

5. Ensure mouse firmware are fully updated and try download the paring utility here.
