Virtual Ring Light won’t open / asks to register product already registered

Hello,

I’m having an issue with Virtual Ring Light. When I try to launch the application, it either doesn’t open or asks me to register my product even though I have already registered it on the official website.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Restarting my computer
  • Reinstalling the software
  • Checking my internet connection
  • Logging back into my account

The issue still persists.

Has anyone experienced this problem or found a solution?
