Any support here? I tried reloading last night with VISA in the amount of CAD101.90, but it failed. Worst thing is they still took money from me and did not return it. Anyone can help?



i already sent a ticket and tried connecting with live chat but it takes forever to get connected with an agent. Can you please help? Below is my transaction ID

Since the transaction failed, your bank will still hold and secure your fund before sending it back to your account. Please communicate with your bank.
