visualizer not working for 3rd party products

so when i hit game sync on dragon center mystic light those products will light up with razer studio but if visualizer is on only my razer case lights up and my msi products freeze on the middle of whatever action i have set in studio for it. i noticed this after an update to razer so maybe all that's needed is the next update very frustrating since visualizer is 100x better than studio because there's tons of dead space between beats whic makes it look very impressive where studio just has the lights lit all the time no dead space and you cant lower brightness.
