There was recently a software update for RAZER SYNAPSE since then the function under enhancements,-> VOICE CLARITY no longer works. It also affects Spotify or gaming sound and not just voice applications.

The problem is in the RAZER SYNAPSE software, they need to release a new update as soon as possible
