Hi. I own a laptop and when I turn up the volume on the button and I have a Razer Blackshark V2X connected, it doesn't add sound to my headphones, but only to the laptop, even if I mute it, the sound doesn't change. Can you help me somehow? I have already tried to connect to razer synapse, but these hearing aids do not support it. Thank you.
