Hello, I have a cynosa V2 that after the last synapse update has problems with the volume keys. To raise or lower the volume completely I have to press several times, while with the app closed it returns to work normally, and that is if I hold down the key the volume flows until the key is released, so I think it's a synapse problem. Thank you.

Try to repair your Synapse software by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds along the way.
