Volume is too quite - Blackshark v2 pro 2023

Dear all, good day to you, i am very sad and unhappy to share a problem i have with new headphones which are Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023 version. I tried everything, i tried to update all drivers, windows, volume is set to 100 in windows, in game but headphones are still too quite in game (valorant). Before i have steelseries artic nova 3 or something like that which costs 50 euros and now i bought ones which were 200 euros and can not solve the problem. I can not hear any step, reload, its nearly impossible, every sound is like i am “under water” or i am deaf. I changed back to them (steelseries) and when i plug in the hyperx cloud II external card which was to these headphones , everything is loud so i need to lower the volume but when i switch back to razer, i can listen all youtube music when volume is 100%. But the biggest problem is in-game because this is the only reason i bought these headphones. Kindly ask you to give me advice what to do, what can be wrong, what to use because i am really frustrated. Spatial sound is off, i tried a lot of EQ setting but nothing help, the main volume is still quite.

I understand that you are experiencing an audio issue where your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) headset is too quiet in-game. Does the issue occurs only in specific games or applications? Have you tried using the device with or without Razer Synapse running in the background? Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
