Volume issues with my Black Shark v2 X

Hi!
I bought some Black Shark V2 X headphones.
I'm having a bit of a problem: I feel like the volume isn't adequate...
They sound a bit quiet to me.
I've already turned the volume knob and my PC volume up to the max.
