Volume knob not working on my Blackshark 2 pro

Volume knob not working on my Blackshark 2 pro that I just got yesterday. I am only able to adjust volume via computer volume control or vide volume control. I cant contact support when give the option to chat I enter my info but does not go thru the chat window has been showing disconnected. I tried all last night and same thing this evening. Any one let me know how I can contact support. Amazon will not let me return it without paying shipping

Hey ​@Rephilq,

Let me check on your headset. Can you uninstall your headset drivers by following the steps below and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the volume knob issue you're currently experiencing.

  1. Open the "Device Manager".
  2. Expand "Audio inputs and outputs".
  3. Right-click the headset and select "Uninstall device".
  4. Restart the computer to fully remove the drivers. They will automatically reinstall upon restart.
