Volume/Sound Issues Razer Nari Ultimate

Dear Razer Insiders,

My Razer Nari Ultimate headset has the following issue: the left side of the headset often produces no sound. If I carefully adjust the volume knob up and down, the sound eventually comes back on the left side, but only after a lot of crackling. I have to move the knob very gently back and forth (increasing and decreasing the volume) to restore sound on the left side when it drops out.

What’s the best way to fix this?

It is unfortunate that Razer created such a great headset on paper but not great for use. The knobs on the headset have to be the cheapest they could find. As stated, the volume knob cuts out volume to one side or the other. Also, the knobs themselves are so small, that they are awkward to use. The mute and power button are also so damn small. Sorry to say, but the ergonomics of this headset just absolutely suck. When they do work properly though, they do sound good. Seems like just straight up laziness on Razor’s part in producing a ‘high end’ set of headphones. To Razor’s Research and Development, please look at Logitech’s ergonomics and take note.
