Hey guys,
I saw similar threads and people shared solutions but none worked for me. So, I have Windows 10 and own Huntsman Elite keyboard. After updating to Synapse 4 I can’t volume up, down and mute with the keyboard’s volume wheel. The only way to control the sound volume is to open the sound mixer and to move it up or down with the mouse. When I exit Synapse, the wheel starts working.
I have uninstalled Synapse and installed it again, changes USBs ports as well but both did not work out for me.
Any other guesses?
