I have a Dethstalker V2 PRO keyboard and I'm having a problem with the backlight. When the keyboard is not in use and goes into sleep mode, the backlight turns off. However, when I start using the keyboard, the backlight doesn't come back on. I have to go into the Razer Chroma app to turn it back on, which is incredibly annoying. Is there a solution?

Let me check on your keyboard. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the LED issue you're currently experiencing.
