Hi I'm from Singapore my Razer Basilisk x hyperspeed is faulty can I do walk-in warranty claim if possible where do I go to?
You just return it to the place where you bought it. If Razer store - please contact Razer Support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/contact-support

There's no walk-in warranty claim if bought from the Razer Store (razer.com) as you need to file a repair/replacement ticket online, and faulty devices will be shipped to our warehouse. Take note that Razer only replaces peripherals, while laptops undergo a repair. Please send me a PM including your seller information from Shopee by sending me a screenshot of your order, including the name of your reseller. Let's continue our conversation privately.
