I’ve been thinking about buying a Razer Blade 14 (2025) in Canada for 2749 CAD it’s super tempting compared to the price of the Zephyrus G14.
The thing is, I’m hesitant because battery bloating seems to be a common issue with Razer laptops, and parts are harder to find compared to other brands. I’ve seen YouTubers mention how scarce Blade parts are compared to the Zephyrus, which feels safer for the long term.
Right now, the only thing stopping me from picking the Blade over the G14 is the repairability factor and the lack of official support where I live in Turkey.
For anyone living in places where Razer doesn’t have official support how has your experience been sourcing parts or dealing with Razer directly? And has anyone had issues with battery bloating on recent Razer models, or is that less of a problem now?
I really wish Razer was more repairability-friendly. Their branding pushes the idea of being environmentally conscious, but unrepairable tech just ends up being a huge e-waste problem.
