Our Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2019) has always had creaky hinges; more of an annoyance that a problem.  Occasionally, the screen wouldn’t wake after opening the lid; closing and opening the lid fixed the issue.  Recently, I’ve noticed that the screen won’t close completely.   But the trackpad doesn’t appear to be bulged (like the swollen battery folks have commented).   Rather, the back of the display by the hinges looks like it’s warped.

Could this actually be a swollen battery issue?  Or is something else more likely?
