My headphones left ear side has recently broken/snapped it is dangling, and I want to know if I have a warranty and how I can email them to see if I get a new one. Best Regards.

You can check how long your peripheral has the warranty, for eg. Razer mice has 2 years of limited warranty: https://www.razer.com/eu-en/warranty All you need is proof of purchase, because there's date when you bought it.
