I’m planning to buy a Razer 18 and I don’t know can I get a warranty in Poland.

It’s rather simple - you have a guarantee at the store where you buy.
If locally for eg. x-kom - then warranty goes through x-kom. If Razer.com, then warranty goes directly through Razer.
