Hello, I'm contacting you regarding a problem with my headset. My headset suddenly broke on the left earpiece when I tried to extend the length of the left earpiece. Currently, the headset is only held by the audio cable, which isn't optimal for the product. I'm contacting you to find out if it's possible to claim the warranty. As things currently stand, it no longer fits on both my ears, which is a shame. No audio or microphone loss has been reported. I would therefore like to know if it's possible to claim the warranty or not.
